Terms of Use

SunuStream provides a subscription-based streaming service offering movies, series, documentaries, anime, live TV channels, and related features through our website and applications. Content availability, features, and video quality vary by plan, device, and region, and may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your payment and contact details up to date.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the current period. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal. Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features until resolved.

You agree not to:

• Share your account publicly or stream on more screens than your plan allows.
• Copy, redistribute, record, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or upload harmful content.
• Circumvent any security, access control, or regional restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

All content and software on SunuStream is owned by or licensed to SunuStream (SS), Inc. or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Where supported, downloads are licensed for personal offline viewing on the device that downloaded them. Downloads may expire and will become unavailable if your subscription ends.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content with or without notice, and we are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunuStream (SS), Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
